First production run is the first full order. 07 Fine-tunning

Outcomes of the pre-production run determine the necessary corrections and optimizations to smooth out any wrinkles, including fine-tuning of the mould, and process parameters, completing the full production process documentation, training our employees, setting workspaces where needed, and getting everything ready for the first production series. We are proud of the fact, that 100% of delivered products produced during the pre-production run are considered of being acceptable quality and specifications as the final products.

Pre-production is simultaneously the first test of the mould, of the processes, as well as the product itself. This step helps us spot any challenging areas that need to be polished off, it highlights any process issues, provides first products according to agreed specifications, and in general provides the first impression of the full-scale production.

05 Creation of the Mould and Production Processes

09 Proizvodnja

Vsak posamezen korak, ki smo ga naredili, da smo prišli do te točke, je bil uveden zato, da proizvodnja (s)teče gladko in predvidljivo od prve serije dalje. Prizadevamo si zagotoviti vse odgovore in prebroditi vse izzive že od prvega koraka. Sproti opazujemo, predvidevamo in uresničujemo ukrepe za odpravo ali vsaj ublažitev vseh tveganj, s katerimi bi se lahko soočili v nadaljevanju našega sodelovanja, da bi vam ponudili popolno brezskrbnost in zadovoljstvo.

08 Prva Serija in Optimizacija

Prva serija pomeni prvo polno naročilo. Medtem, ko so izdelki iz prvega naročila že želene kakovosti, mi izkoristimo to priložnost, da skrbno spremljamo, merimo in beležimo vse vidike našega proizvodnega procesa: od postopka naročanja materiala do izhodne kontrole in logističnih korakov. Na ta način zberemo čim več podatkov, ki jih nato skupaj z opažanji naših zaposlenih in naših partnerjev uporabimo za optimizacijo procesov, kar posledično pomeni ponovljivo kakovost, pravočasno dostavo, stroškovno stabilnost in zadovoljne stranke.

07 Naravnavanje in Modifikacije

Rezultati ničte serije izpostavijo potrebne popravke in področja za optimizacijo, da lahko do naslednjega koraka izpilimo vse potrebno, vključno s finimi nastavitvami orodjain, procesnimi parametri, dokončanjem celotne dokumentacije proizvodnega procesa, usposabljanjem zaposlenih, kjer je potrebno tudi s pripravo delovnih prostorov ali površin itd. 06 Ničta Serija

Ničta serija je hkrati prvi test orodja, procesov, pa tudi samega izdelka. Ta korak nam omogoča odkriti vsa potencijalno problematična področja, ki jih je potrebno izpopolniti, poudari morebitne procesne težave, zagotovi prve izdelke v skladu z dogovorjenimi specifikacijami in na splošno ustvari prvi vtis proizvodnje v polnem obsegu.

05 Izdelava Orodja in Priprava Proizvodnih Procesov

Potrditev ponudbe pomeni začetek izdelave orodja/orodij in pripravo procesov proizvodnje, sestavljanja, pakiranja in kontrole kakovosti. To vključuje izbor dobaviteljev, po potrebi simulacijo proizvodnje, optimizacijo procesnih korakov in pripravo procesne ter morebitne druge dokumentacije. Z vzporednim delom ne zagotavljamo le najhitrejšega možnega časovnega poteka, ampak tudi, da so vsi procesi in dokumentacija pripravljeni že pred ničto serijo.
