Once you are satisfied with the product’s prototype, we will prepare the offer for our services, breaking it down into product offer, mould development, and any additional services we agreed upon. Following this approach, we can minimise the time required to move from the intent of collaboration to the actual offer, saving you time and helping you get to your product faster.

Your confirmation of the offer marks the beginning of mould production and preparation of the production, assembly, packaging, and quality control processes. This will include a selection of suppliers, simulation of production if needed, optimisation of process steps and preparation of process, as well as any other documentation. Working in parallel with mould production we not only ensure the fastest possible timeline but also that all the processes and documentation are ready before pre-production.

Pre-production is simultaneously the first test of the mould, of the processes, as well as the product itself. This step helps us spot any challenging areas that need to be polished off, it highlights any process issues, provides first products according to agreed specifications, and in general provides the first impression of the full-scale production.

Outcomes of the pre-production run determine the necessary corrections and optimizations to smooth out any wrinkles, including fine-tuning of the mould, and process parameters, completing the full production process documentation, training our employees, setting workspaces where needed, and getting everything ready for the first production series.

First production run is the first full order. While the products of the first order are of desired quality for you, we use this opportunity to closely monitor, measure and record all aspects of our production operation, from material ordering process to exit control and logistic steps to ensure, we collect as much data as we can. We then use this data, together with observations of our employees and partners, to optimise this journey, which consequently translates to repeatable quality, on-time delivery, cost-stability and happy customers.
